b. The estimate provided is based on the initial assessment. If we encounter additional issues during the repair process, we will inform you and discuss any changes in cost before proceeding.
2. Repair Process:
a. Our skilled technicians will perform repairs and services with the utmost care and expertise.
b. We will strive to complete repairs within the estimated time frame, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will keep you informed of any changes to the repair schedule.
3. Parts and Warranty:
a. Mother board and component repairing FAN, Speaker, Screen Panel, Touch panel, Hings, Base or plastic parts always testing warranty.
b. Replacement parts are only keyword, Screen and battery, RAM, Hard disk, SSD.
b. We use high-quality replacement parts for repairs. All replacement parts come with a Testing warranty/1-months/3-months/6-months/1-year/2-year/3-year warranty, unless otherwise specified.
c. Warranty covers the specific repair or replacement performed by related company service center only and does not extend to any other issues that may arise after the repair.
4. Data and Privacy:
a. Prior to initiating any repair, it’s your responsibility to back up your data. We are not liable for any loss of data during the repair process.
b. We respect your privacy and will not access, copy, or share your personal data stored on your laptop unless it is necessary for repair purposes. We recommend removing sensitive or personal information before submitting your laptop for service.
5. Payment:
a. Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the repair.
b. We accept Cash,UTR,NEFT as forms of payment.
c. In the event that additional repairs are needed beyond the initial assessment, we will discuss the cost with you before proceeding.
6. Liability:
a. While we take every precaution to safeguard your laptop and data, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the repair process due to factors beyond our control.
b. We are not liable for any loss of business, data, profits, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, bitlocker lost or special damages.
7. Customer Satisfaction:
a. Our priority is your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues after the repair, please contact us within 24 Hours so that we can address your concerns.
